Privacy Policy

Roundtrip is a Figma plugin that converts files locally. This policy explains what we collect, what we never collect, and how long anything is kept.

Account and licence data needed to run your seat: the email address used at purchase, your licence key, and activation timestamps. Billing is handled by Gumroad - we never see or store card details.

  • Email address and licence key.
  • Plugin version and Figma environment string, sent with activation checks.
  • Aggregate, non-identifying error counts when a conversion fails.

Your design files never leave your machine. Conversion runs locally inside the plugin - we do not upload, mirror, inspect or store PSD or Figma documents, layer contents, images, fonts or conversion reports.

  • To issue, verify and revoke licences.
  • To provide support when you write to support@getroundtrip.app.
  • To fix defects using aggregate failure counts, never file contents.

This website - not the plugin - uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. It runs only if you accept statistics cookies in the consent banner. Decline, and the analytics script is never loaded, so nothing is collected and no analytics cookie is set. Google acts as our processor and may process this data outside the EU. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time on the Cookie Policy page.

  • Pages viewed, and the site or search that referred you.
  • Approximate location derived from your IP address, and your browser and device type.
  • No analytics data is joined to your licence or your email address.

Licence records are kept for as long as your seat is active and for 30 days afterwards, then deleted. Invoices and other accounting records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Activation logs are kept for 12 months and then deleted.

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask for deletion of everything not required by tax law. Write to support@getroundtrip.app and we will answer within 48 hours.
